| Beware...
Ray Comfort recently interviewed a member of the church of Satan- he said that when they say 'hail Satan' they were more or less saying 'hail me'... therefore- the church of Satan is more or less just about getting what you want- no surprise there.
Now, I don't know if any of you are familiar with Joel Osteen- but there is some similarity between the two messages- that similarity being SELF. I used to listen to the guy, until I figured out he only uses the Bible and the name of Jesus to live a pseudo heaven on earth.. how odd.. Jesus said wed be hated and persecuted for the sake of Christ, and that we must endure to the end.
Pray for Joel Osteen and his congregation- his messages seem to emphasize speaking great things over your life... one message I heard was about how to get the best lines in the grocery store and best parking spots.. I think that speaks for itself.. I thought Christians were supposed to be servants.. why not let people who don't get around too well and the elderly have the good spots, Joel?
Forgive me if I sound judgmental- but people need to be warned of this false message that is oh so popular.. but then again, what do you expect of a message that appeals directly to our selfish desires? | | |

Well, I'm still at Wal-Mart- now no longer in the garden center- but am back in the parking lot..
I decided not to go into debt- I don't really want a pending car payment hanging over my head right now.. rather, I just wanna fix up m' Lude ;)
Already got the axles fixed and got a sound system on layaway... praise God- it drives SO much better..
next I just gotta do something with that intake.
Anyone know how racing seats and hardnessses work? (in other words- what u gotta take out and put in to attach them) Some comfortable racing seats would be more friendly to the ol' back.
Hmm... I'm not gonna pour too much money into this machine- gonna follow the advice of my old roomie and not invest a great deal into a depreciating asset (aka- car).
Well, I believe I'm gonna take a nap and then lift a little.
